The Strengthen phase is where the priorities identified in Discover become action, with one clear objective: increase the value of the business. For most owners, that means a direct and meaningful increase in net worth.

The work is executed in focused 90-day sprints. We begin by addressing areas of risk across the business and the owner, typically in the first sprint. From there the focus shifts to strengthening the drivers of value, improving performance, scalability, and overall business quality. At the end of each sprint, you decide whether to continue building, adjust priorities, or move toward transition.

Structure
TIMING: 6-12+ MONTHS
The Structure phase begins when you are ready to move the business toward transition. It unfolds in two parts: Pathway Pre-Flight and Pathway Execution.

Pathway Pre-Flight* typically takes the first 90 days. We work alongside you to define the right pathway and align on both the starting point and desired outcome. Pathways include internal transition such as family succession, partner buyout, ESOP, or recapitalization, and external transaction such as private equity, family office, or strategic acquisition.

We then establish a clear plan of execution, identify pre-diligence priorities, and organize everything needed before entering a formal process. This preparation reduces risk, improves readiness, and shortens the overall timeline.

Pathway Execution is where the plan becomes action. We remain fully engaged throughout, coordinating the full advisory team, supporting diligence and data room development, and advising you through every key decision. We help maintain momentum, align all parties, and ensure that every decision is made with clarity and intention.​
