Ashli is a Founding Partner and CEO of Structiv, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over three decades of experience leading and scaling small to mid-sized technology companies.

She has built and exited multiple businesses, including a strategic sale with a private equity investment and another with a family office. Ashli’s early career was focused on the buy-side, including 28 founder-led purchases. She brings firsthand experience across the full lifecycle of a business, from growth through transition and beyond.

Ashli has worked closely with business owners and leadership teams to navigate complex decisions, reduce risk, and position businesses for stronger outcomes. Her perspective is grounded in both operating experience and direct involvement in transactions, giving her a clear view of what drives successful transitions and where they often fall short.

She is passionate about helping business owners grow and transition their businesses with clarity, structure, and most importantly, without regret. Ashli holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
SAM ALEIWE

Chief Operating Officer, CEPA®
Sam is a Founding Partner and COO of Structiv, and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). A multi-time founder, inventor, and C-level operator with experience building and scaling businesses, designing resilient operations, leading teams, and navigating complex decisions across growth and transition. He brings a practical, operator-led perspective grounded in how decisions actually play out inside a business.
His experience includes operating inside private equity-backed environments, where he developed a firsthand understanding of what it takes to perform under pressure, manage through strategic change, and drive meaningful outcomes for ownership groups and leadership teams alike.
That experience shapes how he works. Sam is focused on helping business owners make decisions with clarity, move forward with intention, and build toward outcomes that are earned, not left to chance.
Sam holds several industry certifications in Information Technology and Project Management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Information Technology Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
ALEXANDREA ANDERSON

Alexandrea brings 25 years of experience in creative, technical, and operational disciplines to Structiv Partners. Her background includes senior leadership at one of the world's most recognized technology companies, where she managed cross-functional teams spanning design, content, and engineering — working directly alongside senior executives to deliver work held to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and scale.
That experience translates directly to what business owners face when preparing for growth or transition. She understands how brand perception affects value, how operational clarity enables better decisions, and how removing friction between teams and leadership produces measurable results.
At Structiv, Alexandrea applies that lens — helping build the internal clarity, presentation-layer strength, and operational discipline that make a business easier to run, easier to hand off, and worth more at the table.
Alexandrea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Academy of Art University.
